SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How We Do It
Packing & delivery: All orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days, shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days; (currently taking longer due to COVID 19)
Tracking Your Order: Once you have placed your order you will be sent a confirmation email.
Dispatching your order: You will receive another email from pod&seed once your order has been shipped, this will include a unique tracking number.
Pick Up from Eltham Store during COVID 19 shutdown:
Should you choose this option click&collect orders received by
12 noon may be picked up by 4pm same day.
You will receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
Sometimes things don't go to plan, therefore we are happy to offer either a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the pod&seed website.
We ask you to please keep in mind our vintage products have had a long life therefore these treasures will always show evidence of that long life. Please read all product descriptions carefully, especially when purchasing from our vintage range as we will have detailed any flaws, marks or defects that may be present due to the age of the product.
Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision when ordering any of our product range.
