The King of the ingredients in this shampoo bar is Nettle. Nettle is rich in vitamin A, B, C and K and minerals such as calcium, silica, magnesium and iron that nourish the hair follicles to promote new hair growth. The deep green leaves also contain chlorophyll, carotenoids, anthocyanins and other phytonutrients that help to keep your sculp in healthy state and might help to get rid of dandruff, and reduce irritation and itchiness associated with dry skin.
Honey has been used for centuries for skin and hair treatments. Emollient and humectant properties of honey make it a great hair moisturizer. Emollients smooth the hair follicles, adding shine to dull hair. Humectants bond with water molecules, adding moisture to dry strands. By moisturizing and locking in shine, honey can help restore the natural luster of your hair.
A wonderful supporting ingredient of this botanical shampoo is Rosemary. This mighty herb stimulates blood circulation in the scalp. Rosemary high anti-inflammatory, anti bacterial properties make it an excellent ingredient for nourishing the hair follicles and soothing the scalp.
If you have fine, dry hair that has the tendency to tangle quickly, I would highly recommend to use Nettle & Honey conditioner bar after you wash your hair with the Nettle and Honey conditioner.
If you have not used solid shampoo before, your hair might take time to shed all the built in chemicals from the conventional shampoo and adjust to the new product.
Solid shampoo bar works the same way as a conventional shampoo minus unnecessary fillers, parabens, chemicals and wasteful single use plastic bottles. This shampoo is gentle to your hair and kind to the environment.
How We Do It
Packing & delivery: All orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days, shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days; (currently taking longer due to COVID 19)
Tracking Your Order: Once you have placed your order you will be sent a confirmation email.
Dispatching your order: You will receive another email from pod&seed once your order has been shipped, this will include a unique tracking number.

Should you choose this option click&collect orders received by 12 noon may be picked up by 4pm same day.
You will receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup.

We ask you to please keep in mind our vintage products have had a long life therefore these treasures will always show evidence of that long life. Please read all product descriptions carefully, especially when purchasing from our vintage range as we will have detailed any flaws, marks or defects that may be present due to the age of the product.
Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision when ordering any of our product range.
